Since I don't have the original unit to connect it to, I think two or more of the pins have to be connected together (to act like a switch) to make the sub function to turn on. I don't have the breakout cable (if I did it would be fairly easy to identify them properly) I just have is the sub-woofer itself. I have the Panasonic SB-WA340 sub woofer speaker system, is it only compatible with certain TV's or DVD's, etc. Does someone know hot to connect the Panasonic sub-woofer model: SB-WA310 (no breakout cable, just the sub itself), to any receiver with a regular sub-woofer output? I'm aware that the unit is gonna have to be opened and some soldering will have to be done as well.
